Although, it appears as if strips and the sailor look have been reoccurring themes, especially in the summer around the 4th; it's back, yet again. No matter how "basic" stores such as forever 21 might be, the look will alway be there and it will always be there for less. I hear the ranting of stores such as f21 all the time, however, where else would you go to get trendy clothes with the fastest turnover rate? My theory on f21, why pay the big bucks for something such as a trend that is going to last as long as the clothes (lol). Be smart with you money and your purchases! I'd rather drop a couple of stacks on a bag and good heels and spend sparingly on a trendy item. Remember, it's never what you wear, where you purchased your wear, it's how you wear it! #PoshPolicy
